    The NKT6200-B adopts the most advanced Mie scattering principle converging light Fourier transform optical path internationally. The use of Fourier transform lens filtering lens dual lens technology ensures the measurement accuracy of the instrument. The high-density array probe full range seamless connection testing method ensure the accuracy repeatability of the test results. The unique wet circulation dispersion system adopts a pipeline residue free design, ensuring no particle deposition during particle testing no waste liquid accumulation after testing drainage, which  not only proves the accuracy of testing different samples, but also ensures the accuracy of the second test, making the test results more authentic reliable. One click automatic switch between dry wet without any manual operation.

    Fully automatic wet sampling system

    1. The wet sample dispersion injection unit adopts an intelligent customizable SOP fully automatic control design, achieving automatic water inlet, automatic exhaust

    bubble, automatic cleaning, automatic drainage functions. Built in dual level non-contact sensor to prevent overflow, the sensor does not come into contact with dispersed samples, reducing corrosion pollution extending service life. The liquid level can be adjusted edited freely, with a capacity of 800mL. The patented circulation pump shaft ensures more uniform sample dispersion no residue during testing cleaning.

    2. The "one click automatic testing" operation only requires placing the sample to complete the entire test. Through software control, the entire process can be achieved, including automatic water inlet (sample injection), automatic testing, automatic data saving, automatic cleaning (dust collection), automatic drainage (cleaning);

    3. Wet standard circulation volume: adjustable up to 1000 mL, measurable at a minimum of 120ml, effectively saving dispersion medium. Wet cycle speed software adjustable; Wet process with built-in online ultrasound, power: 50W, adjustable time through software.

    High speed single motor circulation system, patented circulation pump shaft, ensures no residue during testing. Cycle speed 0-3950 rpm can be edited freely, flow rate 0-35 L/min;

    Wet external suction pump, convenient for maintenance upkeep;

    The wet measurement window adopts an easy to disassemble structure design, without the need to disassemble screws. Simply lift the pressure rod to facilitate cleaning replacement of the measurement window.

    4. Automatic dispensing system for dispersants or cleaning agents (unique)

     

    Fully automatic dry sampling system:

    1. Multiple dispersion mechanism, fully automatic input of dispersed energy, achieving effective dispersion of diverse samples

    2. Fully automatic dispersed airflow pressure software control, adjustable from 0 bar to 6 bar.

    3. The accuracy of airflow pressure control is better than ± 0.1 bar.

    4. The injection speed is controlled by SOP, with an accuracy better than 1%.

    5. Variable energy Venturi dispersion unit, suitable for all types of test samples.

    6. The latest design of the horizontal injection tank avoids uneven injection of particles of different sizes caused by electromagnetic vibration during vertical injection.

    7. Automatic monitoring of negative pressure in the dust collection channel to avoid contamination of the sample dispersion window.

    8. Straight through sample connecting tube reduces sample adhesion in the sample channel.

     

     

    Data analysis software control computer
